  • Primarily, navigate to the ‘Control Panel’ tab and tap on ‘Credentials Manager’ tab.
  • Now, go to the ‘User Accounts’ located in the ‘Credential Manager’ window.
  • Under the ‘Generic Credentials’ and ‘Windows Central’ section, you need to delete any stored credentials which referencing the Microsoft Office 365 or MS. Outlook email addresses on the system.
  • After that, choose ‘Details and click on the ‘Remove from Vaults’ option to open it.
  • Now, a warning box will appear on the screen, click on the ‘Yes’ tab.
  • Repeat all the steps till you delete all credentials related to the email address.

  • Tap on the ‘File’ tab and navigate to the ‘Account Settings’ option.
  • Press twice on the ‘Account’ located under the email button.
  • Now, you will see a new window and check for the ‘Remember Password’ option.

Fix-4: Creating a New Profile in Outlook

In order to create a new profile in Outlook follow the below-given steps:

  • Firstly, click on the ‘Exit’ tab to exit the Outlook.
  • Choose the Control Panel and click on the ‘Mail’ option.
  • After that, choose ‘Show Profile’ option and tap on the ‘Add’ tab.
  • Enter the name of the profile that you want to add and press the ‘OK’ key to continue the process.
  • Type your email id and name in the prompted field.
  • Once provided, click on the ‘Next’ tab followed by ‘Finish’ button.
  • In the mail tab screen, choose a new profile located in the ‘Always use this Profile’ dialogue box and click on the ‘Ok’ tab to finished the process.
